We specialize in kitchens and bathrooms of all sizes and we have also rehabbed entire homes from the basement to second floors. Need more space and a wall removed? No problem! Need a new wall put in, a new room, hallway and/or mudroom created? Easy!

Infusing design aspects into each step of a remodeling project is what makes K2W stand apart from the rest, not to mention the awesome “girl power” they bring. For Krista, It’s not just about installing materials. It’s about ensuring beauty and function exist simultaneously. She also knows how to economize and make the best use of materials as she and her crew carefully craft the vision each client has for their particular remodel.
Krista is a licensed residential contractor whose skills, ability, eye for design, color and creativity - as well as community outreach - are the driving forces behind K2W. Building on her graphic design degree from KU, she 's transitioned to more of an architectural lens and her ability to draft and create new perfect spaces from existing areas. Since 2008, Krista and K2W have been creating beautiful interior spaces that are second to none.
Balancing her professional and personal life is also very important to Krista. She carves out time from her busy work schedule for gardening, a good round of golf, traveling internationally (from Austria to Australia) and she’s looking forward to paragliding in the near future!
Julie Lozano

I can fix this!
That’s been Julie Lozano’s motto since childhood. From an early age, her curiosity drove her to take things apart and reassemble them just to discover how they worked. By the time she was 16, she was capable of repairing small electronics, installing electrical fixtures and plumbing and laying tile and carpet. Her professional career in the home improvement world and practical experience now span over 3 decades. And if that’s not impressive enough, she can also fix anything with an engine! K2W is blessed to have Julie as a partner. She is an integral and irreplaceable part of every remodeling project.
When Julie’s not hard at work on a remodeling project, there’s a very good chance you’ll find her learning about something new. She is an accomplished learner!
